Customer support from Airtel keeps calling me often asking me to change my Idea sim card to Airtel Sim card when the Sim which I'm already using is Airtel. I have very clearly explained them that I had an Idea sim but I have ported the Idea Sim to Airtel long back but these people have not taken the response and they different people keep calling me different number everytime and say the same thing again and again. Today on protectedth july protected they called me again to say the same thing to change the Idea Sim to Airtel Sim. I lost my control and shouted at them and again they kept calling me from different number. I never picked up any call. Later i got a call from a new number and didn't utter a word and heard them what they spoke, One guy was on the other side and when he knew that i didn't reply back, he started using Abusive Language and cut the call. They didn't stop with that, they kept on calling again and again. I was in an important meeting at work and these people made me Irritated, annoyed, vexed and made me lost a client because of their continuous calls and behaviour. I need an immediate action to be taken against them.
