Consignment no kprotected lost

I sent expensive garments through dtdc airport rajbari franchise and in spite of my request they did not declare or insure the contents,sent on 5 th january to pune, on 7!th January tracking shows out for delivery in Kolkata itself . But on asking them innumerable times to deliver my products to me only if not to pune, but since 7 th January the parcel is untraceable and dtdc has no answer for it. We the common people send through them with so much trust b, how can they say it is lost. ?i urgently need my packet back as the things sent were of emotional value to me. Please help me, I need your urgent help
