Complaint about the servise of my vehicle

Respected sir, Myself Deepu. I purchased a TVS Jupiter's on protected/protected/protected from kottayam motors. From the day of purchase it shows a complaint about the disc break. I already informed them on first service. They didn't do anything on that and again on second service (protected/protected/protected) ibtold them. But still the vehicle shows the same complaint. The showroom manager bahaved very roughly when i contacted him. Kindly do the needful.
