I had purchased Zara Women's Quilted jacket from their Select Citywalk store, New Delhi two-three seasons back. The jacket has been minimally used and has not yet been washed or dry-cleaned even once. However, the piping on the garment has completely peeled off by itself (even falling off everywhere!) and the jacket is now completely unusable. Zara India seems to be fooling their Indian customers by placing sub-standard, defective and leftover stock in their Indian stores!!! I have spent 7k on this garment, and its very disappointing to see the garment in such a state with MINIMAL USAGE!! - I do not have the bill of purchase cause it was purchased 2 seasons ago. - This is definitely not due to wear and tear as the jacket has not even been worn protected times in total. And if THIS is what happens to their garments after using them, then their products are most definitely SUB-STANDARD. I have tried contacting their customer service through email and phone, with the most disappointing responses from their end: - I have received pre-set replies to my complaints on email telling me about the exchange/refund procedure, while completely ignoring my complaint of them selling me a defective garment. - I was MOST DISAPPOINTED after speaking to their customer service representative by the name of Ms. Mansi Sangwan. She was most rude, gave sarcastic replies to my complaint and point blank refused to connect me to any senior person or provide their email contact. She even said that she "would not like to talk to me any further" and disconnected my call!! I want an urgent replacement of this jacket or a refund of my entire purchase amount, and also compensation for the time wasted and mental harassment caused by such callous customer service. And once again, to reiterate myself - Its disappointing to see a brand of International Repute FOOLING THEIR INDIAN CUSTOMERS WITH SUBSTANDARD STOCK!!!!
