I am having a C/C Limit Account No; protected, in SBI, Station Road Branch, Moradabad (U.P.) -protected since protected with excellent track record. In the year protected, two bank official from RASMECC Moradabad approached me to change the C/C Limit to ABL (Asset Backed Loan) without giving me correct information just to fulfill their targets. I trust highly towards SBI since long time which is reputated bank of India with good customer service. So, I trusted those official and allow for conversion of my C/C Limit Account to ABL Scheme. After that I am enjoying ABL Scheme but later one or two months I am suffering from this scheme due to its reducing nature. At the time of submitting the renewal paper I told the concerned officials not to reneuw my scheme in ABL but before any prior notice they renewed the same on Jan protected. Due to some technical problem of the bank system my A/c is irregular from Jan protected onwards. No cheque book has been issued from my accounts and only apporx protected to protected transactions are possible till now. I personally visited the branch and RASMECC regularly which can be confirmed by the camera fottage. But, the problem remins the same till now. Because of this I am mentally harashed and my reputation infront of my labour. Articians and exporters has been ruined. Due to reducing limit has caused overdues to my account which was pid after the call from the RASECC but the bank has not supported me till now. I had every time paid the overdeus but still the system is not ready to issued the cheque book and the system is not ready for debit transaction and my problem reamins the same as on Jan protected. In June the official came to me regularise the account and assured me that they had taked to the respoected Chief Manager of my grievance. Then after I visited to RASMECC Chief Manager who than told the concerned officials for the conversion of my account from ABL to C/C Limit. In my opinion, If I am not a reputated customer of State Bank of India why they had charged the valuation charges of my morgaged property at the same time. I lodged complaint to DGM customer care which is attached. I had given application to the Branch Manager, Station Road Branch, Moradabad for the conversion and enhancement of my ABL limit to protected Lacs which was accepted by them. Due to technical problem of bank I am still going to be harashed by bank offical and my credit reputation in the working market is going to be worst and it is not due to my personal fault, It is due to bank fault. From January protected onwards my account is going to status 1, 2, 3 & 4 due to bank technical problem but whenever bank officilas came to me I repaid the overdues. But my problem is not solved till yet. I am cheated by the bank officials. They has mad my accout only for the repayment of overdues only. In August and September protected two officials visited to my working place to pay the overdues but my account is still not regular. The problem is still where it was. Due to bank’s fault my account is going to be NPA which was informed previously to the DGM Customer care. But due tot still fault of bank their officials had issued a letter of auction to me. I am only earning member of my family which includes my wife and two kids. If any health problem will come to me who will be responsible for it – Govt. of India or State Bank of India. My business and me personally had been torchered and harassed by the bank officials and my market credibility has been gone worst due to them and please let me know who is going to compensate for the same. Several times complaints has been made to the Chairman but no results.
