The JBL company cheated me on giving a faulty speaker ( JBL XTREME) after which I raised a complaint & contacted them after protected months they took my speaker for repair along with my charger. After continuous mails, tweets they responded to me and I got my speaker after another protected months. After I unboxed it the charger was missing, I was continuously tweeting and mailing them, but got no response. It’s been 2 more months I have that speaker without charger which is useless. I want my back on this case which the company failed to keep their promise. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
