This Complain is regarding delay in Home loan and unsatisfactory reply from Aditya Birla housing finance ltd. team and grievance cell. I have booked a flat in GLS Aravalis homes, Tower/ unit no.-Tprotected in project "Arawali Homes" at damdama lake road, vill- Khaika, sector-4, sohna, Gurugram-protected Haryana india on dated protected Feb protected and get confirmed by draw on protected April protected. As it is in Subvention scheme( Emi will need yo pay after possession) I was in need of home loan and while looking for this i was get in touch with a person named Rajeev from Aditya birla Housing finance ltd. in the month of April protected and started process for home loan. Unfortunately, due to some reason they have reject my loan and i was get suggested for other option i,e after paying 2% of total amount it may be possible but not sure. so i was ready for that option and started process till end of September protected. Further with Ref no.- HFHL/ protected/ MLprotected and HFHL/ protected/ MLprotected from last six months i have been continuously in touch with related persons regarding this loan of Aditya birla housing finance. I had also several discussions with managers and other persons regarding documents and other queries during this six months period but unfortunately all ends up with rejection of loan and with an excuse that you are working with small company by the end of month September protected. I am really upset about this and it gives me pain to say that i was mentally, Financial and psychically harassed from your side during this time frame. After complaint for more than 2 times and intervention from INGRAM, Aditya Birla housing finance ltd has returned only processing fee for Home Loan of Rs. protected/- on protected march protected. But this is totally unsatisfactory result for me as i have suffered a lot as i mentioned above. Due to Aditya birla representatives/ personnel ignorance or lack of knowledge Subvention Scheme from Builder or some other issues, i have suffer a lot Financial loss from my side : 1. Tripartite Agreement - rs.protected.0 2. Builder Buyer agreement - rs. protected.0 3. Cancellation of Builder Buyer Agreement - rs. protected.0 4. other Expanses - rs protected.0. 5. Cancellation of flat - rs. protected.0 approx.
