I have Hathway Broadband internet connection and I am facing issue from Thursday protected April. When I called to customer care they said it will be resolved by protected hrs. But it didn't resolved. So again I called and raised a complaint then said it will be resolved by 6 pm. Today again I called they are giving the same excuse taht it will be resolved by 6pm. And they disconnected the call. They are not ready to talk anymore.
