Sir,we sent the part of the machine from our pune plant,whivch was correct butupon receivingit at our plant noida, the part got broken.the price of that is 1.5 lakh which is too much for our plant. it is your responsibility to deliver the part safely. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
