I have been an airtel customer for last 6years. Earlier prepaid and postpaid since Mayprotected. I was offered airtel secure handset protection active till protected May protected. My handset screen got accidentally damaged on protectedJan protected while initially asked to submit the documents to claim handset secure but later on the claim was rejected saying that the screen damage was not accidental, hich to my suprise seems to be an act of denying a genuine claim to an old deserving customer. Pained i had to get my screen repaired from civil bearing the cost despite an active handset claim offered by airtel. clearly a breach of trust.
