Dear Sir/Madam I had given my blood sample to Madhu Jindal Hospital Meerut on protected dec protected, who sent my sample to Metropolis The Pathology Specialist. The report dated protected.protected.protected that I received signed by Mr. Mohit Jain gave my Platelet count as protected/μl which when I returned back from my workplace and visited another doctor who advised me retest turned out to be 1.protected lakh/cubic mm. when I told his agent that you have mixed my sample with sample from some infected person, he told me that you should have reported this thing within 2 days when I told him that you are giving wrong report which may subject me to wrong treatment since I have not suffered any viral fever since last 2 years and this can be verified from my biometric records of my office. At first their agent apologised and offered me retest free of cost and also said that his owner Mr. Mohit Jain would talk to me who later on instead of admitting his mistake said that in a fortnight time you have improved your blood count. this is height of negligence on renowned pathology lab who is charging us not only hefty amount for test but also charging us through the wrong treatment which patients undergo based on their reports. sir I can prove from my biometric attendance record that I had been working protectedam to 7 pm continuously and attending training at Delhi while this person named Mr. Mohit Jain is claiming that I had been sick when I gave my blood sample and over a period of protected days during my recent blood test I have recovered.
