A technician from B2X company, the google service centre for Pixel collected my Pixel2 XL when i filed a complaint about the battery not getting charged. They told me that the battery has to be replaced and i should pay Rs.protected. Since, the mobile was under warranty i have contacted google about the cost and i was told that there were minor scratches(scratches weren't even visible) on the screen and it voids warranty. I declined to pay Rs. protected and the B2X is supposed to return the mobile in the same condition.To change the battery the only way is to open the screen and replace it with new screen. Unless i pay Rs. protected the B2X technician is not supposed to try and open the pixel screen. Even after i declined to pay, the technician tried to open the screen and it broke. Now the B2X is claiming that the screen was broken before. I have the pictures of the screen before i gave it to the technician and after it is returned. I have all the proofs and even the call recording with the technician telling that it broke when they tried to open it.
