I was involved in business with this firm regarding my shipment from United States to Nhava Sheva I want to draw your attention towards the arrogant behavior of the staff over the telephonic conversations. Approximately, a week back I missed protected calls from Mr. Avdhesh since I didn't have access to the phone. I called him back as soon as I can when I got access to the phone and explained him that I was not able to answer calls at that time. Further which Mr. Avdhesh started yelling on the phone telling me things about me not answering his calls. He went on and on for couple minutes describing his heart-full feelings and telling me about my negligence like I'm his employee. I just admitted in my mind that it was my mistake since I did not answer his call. Further i just forwarded him the documents he requested and moved on. Now for the second time it was from a person named Mr. Umesh where he was the worst of any human being I came across in customer service industry. I received an email regarding my shipment this morning where I was confused with some of the information provided, so I tried to call them but did not get any response and wrote an email back. Now in the response I was told to contact on a given number. I called Mr. Umesh assuming to clarify some information. At first he started talking harshly without me saying anything. He went on and on using language where any normal human being would not prefer to use. He then went on talking shit about me telling me names. He told then that he should not be talking to me on Sunday after talking shit for protected mins. He sounded to me like uncultured arrogant speaker. After an email to the Manager Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj about all this to put a light on and help me with the issue, no response was received. All the documents were delayed in the process, leading to several thousand rupees penalties each day. Next day, Mr. Avdhesh is asking me to send the same set of documents again which were given before. I wrote this because this happened to be the second wonderful experience of mine with the staff. I was ashamed to be involved with these kind of immature people handling my business.
