i used airtel postpaid connection. my postpaid was protectedrs. now last month they call me that there will be one plan of protectedrs. and ask me the benefits of that. in last they ask me to change the plan at that time i ask them clearly that i dont want to change my plan. after that this month on 9th jan. my last month's bill was generated and they send me the bill. on the same date they send me one text msg that they change my bill plan. they can not call me for any confirmation or any thing. now last week when i went to airtel office for bill payment they inform me about new bill plan. and i immediately told them that change my connection in prepaid. at that time they ask me to pay the amount according to new plans rental of this few days after 9th jan. when i told them that how u can change my plan without calling me at that time they ask me that we send u msg. and if i have any query regarding that mail to airtel official mail id. i mail on register id before 4 days but still they can not call me and today when i call to customer care they answer me that if u want to change in prepaid then u must pay the rental according to new plan. my question is if they calling me again and again for just start caller tune or any thing so they must call me before change my plan also. and when i told the executive that i dont want to change then why they change my plan. if its compulsory then at that time they must be inform me that either take this plan or move in prepaid connection.
