Hi, I have recharged my wife’s Airtel number for protected days by paying protected rupees on protectedth December protected. But the previous package having 3 remains days to expire. Usually while rechargeing new plan it add the validity with old days. For me the validation date should be 3 days + protected days= protected days. But Airtel didn’t increase validation date but when I have contacted them they told me it is not possible. I have asked them where they have mentioned that can’t add remaking days with this plan. But my question is without proper information how can you enable that plan for gusty to recharge that plan and not adding that validation date with new plan. This is really bad service provided by Airtel. They should always inform customer. So that customer can take proper decisions . Without informing they are allowing user to recharge their number in their Airtel app and not adding old plan validation date. So this is really cheating. Please let me know, how can I share screenshots. This is not a big amount but this small amount also important for me. My request is they should increase the my recharged number validity or else need to return extra expired 3 days from previous plan amount.Please let me know if you need any further info.
