I am a user of airtel broadband services. My contact no. was protected. I have given phone disconection request to company on protectednd may protected in written on my letterhead & verbally also. Even than, they have still not disconnected my line and continue debit my account through auto debit & not ready to pay my amount back even after my cancellation request they are continue generating my invoices. After giving lots of complaint they are not disconnection my line & not even ready to refund my amount whether I am not using their services since may protected.
