I ordered laptop on protected Oct, protected. Laptop's keyboard were not working from last month. I raised a complaint regarding this. After protected days, the service centre technician changed the keyboard but from then onwards the entire system has started to lag. Laptop is not working properly.case id protectedi which got closed today. They didn't even consult me even though I repeatedly mailed to various Acer email id's. They replaced my keyword and fitted the buttons with gums. Now the entire system has started to lag.and also keyboard is not working. I need proper service or replace of my laptop or refund I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
