I logged a complaint on protectedth july regarding non functioning of sensor in my washing machine. Engineer visited after 5 days and changed capacitor, with which complaint didn't resolved. After another protected days visited again and changed the motor, this time also it failed. And says machanism is failed, and changed another spare. Customer care people says they will attend. Now the machine is totally not in working condition. I demand to replace my machine with a new one, as all the spares were changed with original ones. And pay me additional charges for inconvenience caused due to poor servicing.
