Dear sir, I have a upgrade Dish TV setup box in Oct.-protected, but last week my Adopter is not working. I am complain on Customer Care by telephonic, customer care executive says. Your adopter in warranty, i replaced it but service charge is rs.protected/- is given to then i will provide the adopter. I want replaced Adopter, when adopter is warranty period why should given protected/- Rupees charge for extra. Please change my Adopter by Dish TV service Center and don't charge any amount. If not given me replaced free of cost adopter, so i want launch a complain of consumer forum.
