I brought a Sony tv protected” in jan protected. Within 3 months the display got a line from inside, there’s no external damage on the screen and no damage has been done externally. Tv is under warranty, now the Sony service people are saying that this is not covered under warranty and we need to pay protectedk for the service . Sony are making fool of people. I talked to their customer care , repeatedly I was saying that no physical damage has been done but they were insisting that physical damage has been done, they are not ready to listen. Tv is costed to protectedk and after this problem they are asking for protectedk . This is not acceptable from consumer point of view. If some mistake was done from our side then I would have never complain about it but no mistake has been done from our side still they are blaming us. We want the display to be repaired/replace without any amount as our tv is under warranty.
