I Darpan Baranwal booked a hyndai car(pre-booking) online by paying Rs. protected.protected via credit card. Received an email for confirmation of booking # Nprotected on protectedth August protected. The Car was officialy launced on protectedth August protected with its price detail and i before paying Rs. protected.protected online had a talk on hyundai customer care through my mobile no. protected, that if i am not happy with the price or model or any xyz reason, protected% money would be refunded back. The closet dealer while booking online was choosen as M/s Krishna Hyundai, Varanasi. Since the launch of car , untill 1st Sep. protected - no calls from dealer or hyundai was made to us. We made a complain on 2nd September to cancel the booking and refund the money back to us . Complain no. protected, dt: protected.protected.protected at protected:protected hours. Now since then its been more than 3 months gone, i did not received any call from hyundai or dealer for refunding the advance back. When we again complained Hyundai (complain no. protected) on protectedth December protected , then we got call from dealer and receieved only Rs. protected.protected chq. i favor of Darpan Baranwal, chq. no. protected dt: protected.protected.protected. MY COMPLAIN : 1. WHY 3 MONTHS NO ACTION WAS TAKEN TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK. 2. HOW CAN WE CLAIM FOR INTEREST FOR 3 MONTHS FOR NEGLIGENCE ON THIS FROM HYUNDAI AND DEALER (KRISHNA HYUNDAI) 3. WHY ONLY RS. protected.protected BEEN PAID TO US WHEN WE GAVE ADVANCE FOR RS. protected.protected. (AS WE MENTIONED ABOVE THAT BEFORE PAYING Rs. protected.protected ONLINE WE CONFIRMED VIA HYUNDAI CUSTOMER CARE THAT protected % FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE UPON CANCELATION IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH PRICE, MODEL OR EVEN SERVICE.) AND WE ARE DIS-SATISIFED WITH EVERY THING , AS WE WERE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED BACK FROM HYUNDAI OR KRISHNA HYUNDAI !! PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
