SNAPDEAL : RETURN RETURN REQUEST NOT PROCESSED

I have ordered a pair of ASICS Touch Gel Fuzex Black on protectedth Jan protected, it was delivered on protectedst Jan protected, I was outstation ( I have proof), I came back on early morning protectednd Jan protected and tried the shoes and found it was bit loose on my foot and was not comfortable with it , so I filed a return request , the shoes are intact, with label and original packing, however snapdeal told me that that `we are unable to process your return request as it did not pass through out internal quality checks." and they closed the return request on protectednd Jan protected and sent me email on that, I am surprised as how they are lying as they have not collected the shoes from me then how do they do internal quality checks? Since Snapdeal have done the same mistake again and again , where I tried to order this shoe at particular size they send me different sized and I had return earlier. the cost of the shoe is Rs. protected. Order ID protected Reference # protected Please take action, as per policy they are bound to return it and refund my money. Regards Amitabha Majumder
