DearTeam, Could you please have a look to the below email that i was sent to RBL customer care department to describe the whole issue. "Hi Team, As I already called many times to customer care department to taking a request for pre-closure of EMI $protected.protected amount which was running on card because I don’t want to continue the EMI anymore. My bill was generated for the month of Aug protected Rs. As discussed with RBL customer care team and suggestion given by someone from the team you will have to pay Ist Emi in case it is generated in system and remaining amount of EMI including charges & GST. Also, I called the customer care to two times to take the pre-closure request against the same, but they are saying your request was not accepted that time. However, they accepted later when I called again. I don’t know why not accepted in first time. Due to this I am suffering from this situation. After paid all this amount, as per the guidance given by team on the same day the dates were protected & protected Aug’protected including my due amount. However, I got an SMS today your total amount due. Rs. protected.protected. Why? As per my understanding only the EMI amount protected.protected Rs. is keep running on the card. So, why it is happening? I am very worry about this, kindly take this on serious note. Please advise as soon as possible." kindly help me to resolve this as soon as possible.
