I had taken a ride on 6th May protected which amounted to INR protected. While INR protected got deducted from my Ola money wallet, I paid INR protected to the driver in cash, of course because that's what you usually do! I didn't receive any notification on the activation of Ola postpaid service in my account. 7 days later I started receiving notification that INR protected is outstanding & I immediately raised it to the concerned team that I have already paid the driver in cash! They didn't even bother to respond!! I called multiple times, raised multiple tickets (Ticket No - protected, protected, protected, protected) but no action was taken in this regard! At last, their team informed me that they were not able to track the driver! How is that my concern?? Since June, their postpaid team called every single day to ask me to clear the dues (INR protected including late fee) and every single time I told them the same thing. Their team literally harassed me by calling back to back at least 2 times in a minute!!!!!! A new person every time. Then, their team started asking me to pay online and that they will refund that amount. How am I supposed to believe that?? when there was no response on any of my queries!!!!!! From the last few days I am receiving atleast protected messages per day, protected mails per day, and protected calls, atleast 2 per minute!!!!! Moreover, their executive is misbehaving with me!! I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
