got a msg from VM-VFCARE, that my prime membership would be renewed on protected/protected/protected and if i do not wish to renew need to send sms, on protectedth I send SMS to deactivate and got message that my request would be processed in protected min, later i come to know that amount has been added to my bill and service not deactivated, why should i pay for something that i dont want and that too for whole year in advance ? have been getting several reminders but i was clearly told that service can be deactivated but amount cannot be reversed once added in bill, my outgoing facility is barred, this is extortion from a loyal vodafone customer of more than 5 + years. vodafone company has been requesting / pleading government to waive off protectedk crore worth of their outstanding and on other hand are not listening to their loyal customers and charging them without their consent, i am told since i didnt send sms its auto renewal, this is INDIA, nobody can charge me without my consent / approval in writing I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
