Airtel Team committed that our GST no will be updated in all upcoming bills as per their mail at protected, Nov protected but failing to that they didn't update the same and when we complaint about it their one representative said not to pay bill until GST No is updated and no late fees has to be paid for the same hence we didn't pay it but till today they dragged that late fees charges which earlier was rs. protected has now become rs. protected. and moreover that they are threatening that services to my number will be stopped if we don't pay that amount. and now they are mailing us that it is over 3 months later so it cannot be reverted and you will have to pay the same. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
