I ordered Sony Xperia X Dual Sim (Graphite Black, 64 GB) worth ₹24,944 on Sun, Jul 1st '18 12:42 PM. Some blackberry phone was delivered. I have made 3 return requests until now. During the first attempt I got a call from Flipkart, they said just "hello, hello, hello" and then cut the call, and then I got a mail saying that they are not able to reach me and asked me to provide an alternative number. I provided another number but never got any call on that number and after some time got a mail saying "The seller will not be able to fulfill your return request for the order ". So I created return request for second time. This time I never got a call on any of the two numbers provided and directly got two emails, first saying they are not able to reach me and second saying "As requested by you, the seller will not be fulfilling your return request". I have never encountered this type of fraud during online shopping. I made a third attempt by calling the customer care. I also gave them a third mobile number. Now, today I got a call from them, again they said "hello, hello..." and cut the call, and I got the mail saying "As requested by you, the seller will not be fulfilling your return request." Never expected this from Flipkart. They are crossing every boundary of fraud.
