I had purchased a 20’’ Videocon LED TV from my home town- Coochbehar on 7-8-15 with an extended warranty period of three years, the same was come into repairable condition on May’2018 and I registered a complaint in customer care over telephone on 09-06-2018 with a complaint number— KOL0906180237, Mobile no. 8016248989 (From where the complaint was registered) Accordingly, a mechanic attended my home on 12-06-2018 and took some photographs and then he returned back and he also ensured that the problem would be solved within a week, then after two month is going to be lapsed, but inspite of several communications with the customer care and with the said mechanic, it is still lying in same position and I have not got the repairing service till the date. No contact by enquiring the status of repairing was made with me from any side, but, when I communicated, many I time they just gave me assurance to solve it recently. It is very sorry to say, due to avoiding and delaying approach in this regard our family being deprived to see any TV programme in home for last more than two month. From customer care unit (contact no. 033 39404040) they have given one contact number name of Sri Abdul Nazeer, his designation is not known to me, most of the time he does not pick up the call, if attend, then even not talks rightly over the phone, he behaves over phone with extra bossism attitude which felt me that I have made a crime, being a central government employee I really felt shocking for such type of negligence and such delaying attitude for unspecific reason not kept any future hope. Finally, I decided to knock to consumer forum for immediate end of such harassment.
