Hi team, Worst service and customer support from kentro, i purchased kentro grand plus in july 2016. Exact after one year filter got damaged and i got changed and paid 3000+ rs. Yesterday again i felt the high tds when checked the tds was around 800. I registered a complain in kentro (Complain no 18091207522). As per technician the filter and pump got damaged and have to change, the total cost will be 6150 /-. I asked to technician why "filter change alarm" not buzzed. He said it's a feature it could be buzzed or not. I asked this is not the way if you are selling any product with added cost of filter alarm then it should work. I have denied to change this. I have escalated this issue but they all are on same page and no body is ready to accept that is a mistake by selling and adv team which done by hema malini ji. I am ready to pay filter cost but not pump cost which damaged by due to filter not changed timely.
