Respected sir, Its a sad reality of your agents or authorised service centres . I'm complaining about One of your service agent *Delta Service * Bengaluru who doesn't have manners to co-op with customers . Its waste of time by fighting with them , they aren't worried and cared about us . We had been registered for the parts replacement , since last month and it has been almost 30 days no response from them . If we tried to contact them their reply will be worse and we dont have any other option to seek the information . But unfortunately we had been through rough way . Honestly fed up by using a product ( Philips ) . Only a product isn't matter for customer satisfaction even the service they render will matters too . Need to end this up. Will wait for few days and I'm going to file a suit against all authorised agents and the brand Philips .
