Dear Sir, I had made an order on flipkart on 18/02/2018 by Order Id: OD211582443668255000 the said product should be delivered to us by 26/02/2018 as the date given by Flipkart. The Transport Docket no. of GATI is: 507231576. On 28th February 2018 GATI updated on their Application that customer is refusing to accept delivery without making any attempt of delivery, to prove this i have call recording with GATI Customer Executive and said recording is attached into this email. Now more than 10 days elapsed from product should be received, i sent my person to collect product as i was in need of that product even though it was responsibility of GATI to deliver the product, now they are saying that we are unable to deliver the product as R.O.A. of Product is received. In this seance product is cancelled only because of wrong information put by GATI on their Application that customer is refusing to accept delivery, Again when i am trying to order same product again it not getting delivered at my place and also it is getting Rs.2000 Costlier. I want Harassment Charges for my Time as well as money spent on Flipkart as well as GATI and additional charges of Rs.2000 for purchasing same product at higher cost.
