Dear Sir / Mam, This is to inform you that I want to make a complain against the fraud done by the company ( ITECH SOLUTIONS -HOME BASED WORK - INDIAN RAILWAY CONTRACTED COMPANY). They provided me the work assignment and assured me to paid rs 29000/- after completion of the work assignment and also said that there is no other charges or hidden charges except enrollment fees of rs 450/-. I had paid the enrollment charges of rs 450/- (paid by PAYTM wallet on May 13, 2018 15:17:00, Transaction Id: 18867881042) and provided me the work assignment on 13th May 2018 at 04:32pm. I had started doing the work assignment as the work assignment provided to me, after doing it whole night had completed my work assignment and submit to them on 14th May, 2018 at 02:22pm. At the time of payment they ask me to paid GST charges of rs 7349/- first then they will provide my salary. I had paid GST amount of rs 7349/- as per their instruction, after paying again they mail me that the GST amount was wrongly calculated by their side and again they ask me to pay extra additional amount of rs 5320/-. I am assure now that they are making fraud, I ask them to refund all my money that I had paid to them. They assured me that they will refund my paid money on 15th MAY, 2018 before 12:00noon. But as if now no such money has been received to me through them. I have all the proof of above mentioned statement in mail and telephonic conversation records. And I can submit it where it requires. Now they are not receiving my phone calls also. You are hereby requested to please take some necessary against against this fraud.
