Dear Sir, I had been ordered a mobile Redmi Note 4 (64GB, black colour) on dated 18/12 /2017. The order no was - 402-7015623-6530715 . It was delivered me on dated 23 /12 /2017. The corner of the back side was scratches. Then I had been informed to Amazon customer service and returned the mobile amount of RS - 10,980/- on dated 06/01 /2018 in DTDC courier. The docket no. Of the courier is K07646892. It was delivered on on dated 08/01 /2018 at Amazon office as per given address. They returned the courier charges RS 260/- on pay balance. After two days (10/01/2018) I was contacted with customer service associate of Amazon, they told me that, it would be taken some time due to inspection. I was conctact them regularly for my return of pay balance against my return mobile. I got a mail on dated 12/01 /2018 from Amazon against my order that, your product has been reached successfully and your amount is returned in between 24 to 48 hours. But they are not returned my amount. After that, When ever I contact them, they told me my package was empty. Always they told me, the package was empty. But the courier delivered successfully when I saw the courier tracking. They only giving the time period for solution, but they are not taking any action. It is already one month passed away, but there is no solution of my problem.
