Refund not recieved since protected days lapsed the refund was initiated.

I had done a recharge on FreeCharge through VISA Debit card on protected/protected/protected and the transaction was failed although the payment was deducted from my bank A/c. I have made inquiry in my bank also regarding the amount but the Syndicate bank replied that there was no such refund initiated by FreeCharge. The FreeCharge transaction ID is FCVAprotected and Payment Gateway ID:protected; Payment Gateway Name:migs. I have done twice mail to FreeCharge regarding my refund but they are saying it's not there fault..Please do the needful...
