Sir/Madam, This complain against e-commerce company Flipkart. I have purchased one DSLR camera from flipkart on protectedrd January.It was delivered by protectedth January after 1days with faulty product. protected mm lense was not working, sold with faulty item. So I requested to replace that product with new one. From flipkart they have assured it will be replaced on or before protectedth January but it was delayed by protectedth January. Again they failed the promise so again replacement date was changed by protectedst January.But it was not replaced and again date was changed and promises to delivery on or before 2nd February. But as usual they did not replace the faulty item. I have called flipkart customer care several times and escalate this issue but no resolution from them.They are only assuring and changing date again and again.but I do not see any resolution here.They are wasted my time and harrassing. I am so helpless here. My product cost almost protected. But already protected hours waited till no resolution.They always giving fake promises. So I need your help to resolve this issue.
