I have booked the ticket from. IRCTC on 9 febprotected:protected pm, and the used the payment gateway of phonepe, the transaction shows its successful on the phonepe app and for the same transaction it shows fail on the IRCTC.
As per phonepe I have Waited for protected hours for the confirmation. Even then phonepe haven't initiated the refund, due to which I was waiting for the ticket booking.
Due to which I lost my journey, because the ticket was not booked and also my refund process was not initiated.
