I booked tickets from Hyderabad to Kochi for 3 pesons and in return for 1 person wide booking ID: EMTprotected / EMTprotected for the journey on protected-protected and protected-protected respectively on Ease My Trip site. As I received message on protected-protected that the flights would not be operating due to floods in Kerala and I called Ease My Trip helpline, they informed me to call service provider Indigo as Ease My Trip do not have any information about cancellation of flights and I called Indigo Airlines and cancelled the tickets. Indigo Airlines sent me 2 Credit notes TSprotectedABprotected and KLprotectedAAprotected , both dated protected-protected for Rs protected and protected and they informed that these Credit Notes can be used for future bookings . Credit Notes are also addressed to one of the passengers Ms Krishna Ganapathy ( My wife). Recently I tried to book Air tickets using these credit notes, I could not use them and called up the Airlines and they informed that the money is refunded to Ease My Trip ( Agent-as booked the tickets online). When I called up Ease My Trip helpline, they informed that the tickets cancelled by Indigo and took details from me and informed that they cancelled the same today and money would be refunded to my Credit Card in protected days. They have caused substantial delay in refunding my money by keeping the same with them.
