Phonepe not refund my protected rupees .

I have send protected rupees a account.but transaction failed and RS protected debited in my account ...after 5 days they are not refund my money ..I have submitted complaint phonepe consumer Care but did not solve my problem ...phonepe account.-protected transaction I'd- Pprotected date protected/protected/protected
